Did we really just make Tamales? Yes, we did. Ben is the best husband ever and knows how much I love Tamales, and of course so does he, but he surprised me with all of the ingredients. We are Tamale making virgins, so this was a first shot, and luckily it wasn't in the dark. With the help of the internet and our latin blood in our body, we made tamales (chicken and pork).
