yw basketball

This was such a fun experience.  I got the chance to coach the young womens basketball team.  I was so worried at first, because I haven't played basketball in so long, but it quickly came back to me.  The funnest part of the whole experience was seeing the girls improve, gain more confidence and have an absolute blast!  This picture is the only one I have for now, and it isn't the whole team, but that's okay.  You get the idea.

We got third in the tournament, we won the "Spirit" and "Sportsmanship" awards too!  The girls stayed for the championship game and cheered on both teams.  We seriously have amazing girls and an amazing yw program.  I'm now the Laurel Adivisor 16-17 year olds, so today was my last sunday with the Beehives 12-13 year olds.
